Yesterday I posted a picture of my Corned Beef and Cabbage, and today I am showing you what my mom's looks like. Although mine tasted great, I clearly have a lot of work to do on my plating. Hers is so much prettier than mine! I hope you all had a wonderful and fun St. Patrick's Day! Way to go Mom!
